Terms of Service

Governing participation in RescueCoup pools, vaults, and broker executions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an institutional vault or accessing rescuecoup.com ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must immediately terminate use of the platform.

2. Eligibility & Sanctioned Jurisdictions

You represent and warrant that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and that you are not a resident or citizen of any prohibited or sanctioned jurisdiction (including OFAC, FATF blacklists, or jurisdictions where automated crypto syndicates are restricted by local law).

3. Platform Fee Architecture

By committing capital to any Flash Syndicate, you irrevocably authorize the Platform to execute the following fee deductions:

2% Instant Deployment Fee: Deducted from deposit principal upon joining a syndicate.
10% Performance Fee: Deducted from net positive trading returns upon syndicate settlement.
5% Early Breach Fee: Deducted from capital in the event of an early withdrawal request prior to pool maturation.

4. The Heist Protocol & Yield Multipliers

Yield multipliers earned via the Safe Cracker interactive game are subject to platform telemetry verification. Any automated bot manipulation, memory injection, or tampering with game states will result in immediate forfeiture of multipliers and account suspension.
